The J3Padel Camp (Half Week) was designed for any players who want to experience a week of high-performance padel at our unique sports facilities.
Participants will perfect all areas of their game with the daily doubles training sessions that make up the program. In the morning sessions, training will focus on the technical execution of the different shots. The afternoon sessions will comprise work on the tactical game, focusing on on-court positioning, directions, attack, defence and counterattack. In addition, real-competition tactical situations will be simulated in order to learn how to focus on the decisive points in a match.
This program integrates work on physical fitness, technique, tactics and a winning mentality.
The sessions will be taught in small groups and at the start of the program all players will be tested on their ability.
This camp for adults lasts 4 days (3-night stay)
